A variety of group lessons are offered by the Davis Golf Course Professional Staff. The cost for each group lesson series is $70. Classes meet twice a week for three weeks. The adult group lessons are divided into two offerings. The Monday/Wednesday groups and the Tuesday/Thursday groups. All cost $70 each and consists of two one-hour classes per week for three weeks. These classes are offered on a first-come-first-served basis with the classes limited to a maximum of eight students to allow for one-on-one interaction with the instructor. Beginning I - Introduction to putting, chipping and the full swing. Beginning II / Refresher - Introduction to sand play, woods, pitch shots and continued work on full swing. Intermediate - Introduction to game strategy, club selection, and course management. Most of this course is taught on the golf course. If you have any questions about our lesson programs, please do not hesitate to ask any staff member.
